Create your baseline.
01. Sixty-Minute Behavioral Evaluation & Motives Interview
Understanding individual differences is the crux of being able to provide specific, customized protocols that deliver lasting positive outcomes. Program integrity depends upon maintaining a professional relationship centered in trust and direct, honest communication. Preliminary interviews are intended to gain insight into pre-existing lifestyle paradigms in order to create an optimally effective engagement.
02. Baseline Physical Assessment & Nutrition Inventory
Properly assessing physiological condition and energy consumption habits is vital to designing programs that are safe, accurate, progressive, and effective. Baseline assessments include resting vitals (heart rate, blood pressure, electrocardiogram), a neural readiness test, a dietary and behavioral consult with a nutrition coach, mobility and balance screens to check joint and orthopedic integrity, and an in-depth exercise and activity inventory.
03. Electrical Impedance Body Composition Scan & Postural Analysis
Advanced machinery and software compile body composition data to evaluate physique, helping clients visualize how changes in their body shape over time affect their health, wellness, and performance.
Data is algorithmically processed to provide a high-precision evaluation of composition (subcutaneous/visceral fat and lean mass), posture, weight distribution dominance, segmental measurements and ratios, and basal metabolic rate. All measurements are considered in optimizing program design.
04. VO2 Max Cardiopulmonary Testing
Cardiovascular health is a primary indicator of overall health and performance and serves as a fundamental aspect of advanced medical stress tests. We employ the world’s first fully wireless VO2 gas analyzer mask to test maximal oxygen uptake, respiratory rate, blood oxygen saturation, and total volume of oxygen consumed, among other cardiopulmonary metrics.
Results infer immediate and long-term dietary, recovery, and physical conditioning protocols to improve cardiovascular health. Beyond directly translating to better physical vitality, a healthy cardiovascular system is associated with improved cognitive function and significantly reduced risk of neuronal degradation in aging.
05. DNA Sample - Genetic SNPs Analysis
Genetics is the study of genes, their variations, and heredity in organisms. Epigenetics is the growing field of science focused on the ability to affect gene expression. By preemptively identifying biological predispositions in DNA, the window of time to address risk factors and affect change is increased, allowing behavioral and environmental adjustments to be applied to produce more beneficial outcomes. These longer-term, preventive considerations are correlated with current metrics to identify and implement decisive outcomes-based lifestyle changes.

07. Nightly Sleep & Recovery Biometric Analysis
Clients are provided the most accurate commercially available biometric wearable for sleep analysis, giving us insight into sleep quality, stages (deep, light, REM, and awake time), circadian rhythm, and trends. Each morning, actionable insights and guidance are provided based on the previous day’s activity, sleep, and recovery. Further analysis helps us structure an environment that facilitates an optimal sleep pattern aligned with your lifestyle.
Sleep of insufficient quality and duration has been proven to adversely impact health; poor sleep is associated with higher rates of disease such as cancer, obesity, Alzheimer’s, and psychosis, while shorter sleep is predictive of shorter lifespan. Sleep also plays a vital role in cognitive function, serving as a bedrock for our ability to learn and experience, assimilate new information, and create short- and long- term memories. Nearly half of Americans do not get sufficient sleep.
08. Daily Nervous System, Heart Rate, & Exercise Tracking
Chronic over-stimulation is an unfortunate norm for many. In athletics, overtraining occurs when physical exertion exceeds the body’s ability to recover, resulting in repercussions such as loss of strength and fitness, persistent fatigue, suppressed immune function, susceptibility to injuries, irritability, depression, and mental breakdown.
The concept of overtraining is applicable across a wide range of lifestyle factors, beyond just exercise. Overstimulation can come from diet, occupational workload, caffeine and alcohol consumption, substance and media addiction, poor sleep, hormonal imbalance, unfulfillment, obsessive thinking, rumination, negative relationships, and hostile living environments. These factors all influence nervous system stress levels. Unaddressed, negative factors can compound and contribute to physical and mental underperformance, adrenal fatigue, and deteriorating health.
Clients are provided tools for monitoring indicators of nervous system recovery (heart rate variability, body temperature, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, and sleep quality) which we analyze in comparison to metrics of daily exertion to develop a customized plan, optimizing for output over the long-run.
09. Real-Time Consult Interface & Progress Reporting
Arc Protocol is a dynamic system of data analysis, informational feedback, and strategic guidance meant to integrate seamlessly with your schedule. Client engagement is structured around a brief morning and evening practice. Data, objectives, and results are compiled, observed, and analyzed via the provided iOS hardware and software suite and subsequently reviewed in a live FaceTime consultation on a semi- weekly to bi-weekly basis.
All informational databases and progress reports are distributed and accessible through the device and associated accounts. Additionally, ad hoc consultation, program iteration, and guidance is provided on a real-time basis via iMessage and iCloud email, or by phone or live meeting within 24-48 hours.
10. Custom Application Suite & Self-Assessment Platform
As part of the software package, clients are provided an interface to access preloaded applications specific to each of the outlined program components including sleep, activity, exercise, and nervous system recovery monitoring, an introspective writing assignment, personality test, interpersonal interaction assessment, and mindfulness training course.
A hub for task management, progress reporting, informational databases, media sharing, guidance, feedback, and self- assessment is designed for each client’s specific profile to optimize engagement, adherence, and efficacy. Fluid communication combined with consistent informational feedback maximizes our ability to affect drastic progress towards ideal outcomes.
Know your self.
11. Introspective Biographical Series & Personality Test
People who spend time writing carefully about themselves become happier, less anxious and depressed, and physically healthier. By combining expressive writing with goal setting clients become more productive, persistent, and engaged in life. This is because thinking about where you came from, who you are, and where you are going helps you chart a simpler path towards your ideal life while minimizing the likelihood of falling off track.
Our introspective assignment, which analyzes written responses regarding your past, present, and future, is paired with a clinically developed personality assessment to map the ideal pathway towards the best potential you. Many go through life simply reacting to the world. Our program stimulates deep thought about life up until this moment and demands further contemplation of the future. The practice is powerful and intended to reinforce responsibility and deliberation in your thoughts, actions, and relationships as well as motivate you to consciously behave in a way that aligns with the life you want.
12. Potential, Motives, Values, & Derailers Assessment
The ability to communicate and work well with others is the foundation of successful enterprise. By helping clients better understand their personality, motives, and potentially inflammatory tendencies, they may expand their self-awareness and improve daily interactions, both with themselves, and those around them. Standard preliminary intakes are administered and used throughout the program.
For individuals with a high priority on personal development and interpersonal skills, we offer an extensive testing platform comprised of three separate intakes via the world’s premier HR and personality testing company. The training is used by numerous Fortune 500 companies as well as United States military and intelligence agencies.
13. Relationship Mapping & Interpersonal Interaction Analysis
Introspection is essential for discerning how best to improve. However, focusing solely on self-image is limiting. To get the clearest picture of where you are, it’s essential to cross-reference how you perceive yourself with how others perceive you (particularly those you trust and admire). Emotional intelligence and an open mind are crucial to being effective in any endeavor.
360-feedback is a system used by many prominent organizations to train their managers and employees. Based on empirical and direct data collected from peers and/or a pool, 360-feedback assesses how a person is perceived by others. Our intakes, interviews, and assignments are geared towards mapping out these connections in a way that triangulates the truth. The report uses an easy-to- interpret framework to provide a real-time look at an individual’s attitude, behavior, and performance. Commonly used for development purposes, the report offers constructive feedback and sets priorities for improvement. One of the first steps to improving your environment is understanding the people around you, your relationship with them, and how to best interact.
14. Mindfulness Course, Fasting & Meditation Training
The purpose of mindfulness isn’t merely to reduce stress or to make you feel better in the moment – it’s to make fundamental discoveries in the laboratory of your own mind that move you towards a more aware and proactive, rather than distracted and reactionary, state of consciousness. While navigating an increasingly fast-paced, competitive, and technological world, it’s easy to get caught up and forget what really matters. Through mindfulness practice, substantive meditation, fasting, and conscious exercise and recovery, we are able to experience transcendental states that transform our bodies, our minds, our potential, and our perceived role within the world.
Both meditation and fasting are associated with a wide variety of positive health outcomes including reduced rates of cardiovascular disease, psychosocial stress factors, aging, and aging- related illness. The program leverages a 50-day introductory mindfulness course, developed by a neuroscientist and best-selling author, teaching a progressive series of meditation techniques. Coupled with strategic fasting and specific dietary protocols, physiological and psychological processes are compounded to synergistically improve long- term mental and physical capabilities and performance.
15. Economic & Behavioral Resource Management
Asset management refers to the systematic governance and realization of value from things an entity is responsible for over the entirety of a life cycle. Arc Protocol is a universally applicable asset management framework that addresses how you leverage all resources, beyond just capital (time, energy, effort, relationships, goodwill), to create and maintain value.
By identifying behavioral patterns, understanding ourselves within the context of our environment, and modifying our lifestyle to maximize available time and energy, we can strategize how best to allocate and align resources to maximize utility. In this way we can build momentum towards positive self-progression and in turn, bettered organizations and communities. We are not investment advisors, nor do we intend to be. What we address are the motivations and circumstances driving behavior that underutilizes your ability to manage all resources in a way that maximizes your lifetime impact.
